With over 20 years of experience in aging services, housing programs, and workforce development, Dr. Tyson brings a unique blend of research, practice, and leadership to anti-ageism training. Her work is grounded in a convergent mixed-methods doctoral study focused on reducing ageism in service systems and

translating that research into real-world impact.
